We connect women to local leaders that offer small business training in community, artisan partnerships, and sustainable income. Over 200 artisans now earn consistent income through Tirzah’s global network.

Women and girls make up 65% of trafficked victims worldwide, with many exploited for sex or labor through force or coercion.

What Tirzah does:
Our local partners provide prevention, counseling, small business training, and dignified work for rescued women, keeping them from being revictimized.

1 in 3 women experiences physical or sexual violence in her lifetime, especially in the interconnected web of challenges our partners face.

What Tirzah does:
We address the root causes of inequality, lack of opportunity, and cultural stigma by developing trusted female leaders, expanding education and economic agency, and creating safe spaces for women and children.

In many regions, women living with HIV are three times more likely to be affected than men and often face stigma and instability.

What Tirzah does:
We support local leaders who provide care, community, training, and pathways toward stability so women can rise with dignity and hope.

Women make up over two-thirds of the world’s illiterate population. Education delays marriage, reduces violence, and improves community health.

What Tirzah does:
Our small business training curriculum reaches women regardless of education level, equipping them to start businesses and keep their children in school. Leadership cohorts raise up women who step boldly into every sector of society.
