We envision a global community united to create a more equitable world for all women and girls.
MISSION
Tirzah invests in women who are transforming their communities from within.
OUR TEAM
Tirzah is a network of global women leaders. As a team, we pray for one another, learn from each other, and collaborate on Tirzah’s Solution Initiatives to create opportunities for women to rise to their potential.

OUR IMPACT
A Global Network of Women Leaders
OUR CORE VALUES
Christ-Centered & Inclusive
We follow Jesus and seek to reflect His love, justice, and compassion in all we do. All faith traditions are welcome in our global community.
Women-Led Solutions
We believe local women know the best solutions for their communities. We champion their leadership, wisdom, and innovation.
Leadership that Multiplies
We invest in local leaders whose impact ripples outwards, transforming families, communities, and generations.
Stewardship Matters
We use resources wisely and for lasting impact, honoring every gift entrusted to us.
Stronger Together
Community is our superpower, locally and globally. When women rise, the world rises with them.
Justice for Women
is Urgent
We believe the condition of women and girls worldwide is one of the most pressing moral issues of our time.
THE LEGACY OF TIRZAH
A Story From Numbers 27
She was bold, faithful, and stood for justice.
In Numbers 27, we meet five sisters who changed history: Mahlah, Noah, Hoglah, Milkah, and Tirzah.
Their father, Zelophehad, had died in the wilderness without sons. According to the law at the time, his land would pass to male relatives and the daughters would be left with nothing.
But these five sisters refused to accept injustice.
They stood before Moses, Eleazar the priest, the tribal leaders, and the entire assembly and asked for their rightful inheritance. This was unheard of.
Women didn’t speak up in assemblies. They didn’t petition leaders. They didn’t change laws.
But God said they were right.
“And the Lord said to him, ‘What Zelophehad’s daughters are saying is right. You must certainly give them property as an inheritance.’” — Numbers 27:7
Their boldness didn’t just change their own story. It reshaped the law for generations of women to come.
Why We Carry Her Name
At Tirzah International, we carry this name as a declaration:
Women are made in the image of God and they are essential to the healing and flourishing of their communities.
We believe in the power of women to lead, advocate, rise, and reclaim what once might have been denied them. Just like Tirzah and her sisters.
TAKE ACTION
Be A Part of the Story
Every action matters. Whether you give, pray, learn, or travel, you become part of a global community supporting women as they create real transformation in their communities and beyond.
Make Every Month Count
The NEST—Network Empowering our Sisters to Thrive—is Tirzah’s global community of monthly donors committed to walking alongside women leaders around the world. Through consistent giving, members help create lasting opportunities for women, families, and communities to thrive.
Members receive stories from the field, prayer updates, early access to trips, and opportunities to connect more deeply with Tirzah’s work.
