Tirzah’s Emerging Leader Program empowers young women to discover their God-given potential through a two-year, 10-module servant leadership curriculum. Guided by local mentors, participants grow as confident advocates and change-makers.

Graduates are becoming mentors, launching new initiatives, and stepping into leadership roles building a lasting network of trusted women leaders for the future.

MEET BRIDGET

“It has always been my desire to lead, but I didn’t know how I could do it,

and I wasn’t so sure if God really wanted this too. When I saw my fellow women leading in this program, it gave me the confirmation to go ahead and become a leader. This program is an eye opener. I realized how significant it is to start with self-leadership and the need to lead myself first in terms of character, attitude, and building a solid relationship with God. Then I am able to lead others better.

I’ve learnt to treat every individual in a group or team equally by making sure to have good communication with each other. It has been such an inspiration and encouragement to see women united and committed to leadership. I know now that God has also called women to lead.”

Today, Bridget is putting her leadership into practice by mentoring four young women in Tirzah’s Emerging Leader Program. In Lilongwe, Malawi, she is also walking alongside seven women as they pursue spiritual, personal, and economic growth, creating opportunities for others just as she once received herself.
