Esme Bowers
SOUTH AFRICA
International Director
As Tirzah's International Director, Esme is able to implement her passion for training and development for God's purposes. Following her heart for service, Esme is also the International Director of Church Engagement for the World Evangelical Alliance and a chairperson for both the African Women in Mission Network and the Pan African Women's Alliance. Her ministry focuses on training women leaders to know their value and recognize their callings. She also works to help reconcile the genders by teaching both men and women that God values women and has great purpose for their lives. She resides in Cape Town, South Africa with her husband who is a pastor.
Bharathy Tahiliani
INDIA
Regional Leader
Bharathy is the founder of the Managing Trustee of Kshamata, working with women who are vulnerable victims of gender-based violence including human trafficking. She launched the Small Business program, equipping them with vocational skills.

Regional Leader
C is a mentor in Tirzah’s Emerging Leader program and her dream is that women would come to know their true value. Her work is to ensure women know that they are loved and precious in God's eyes through ministry conferences and programs that are held especially for them.
Esther Mbugua

Regional Leader
Esther serves with Homecare Spiritual Fellowship as the Executive Director. She is a Tirzah Emerging Leader Initiative mentor and also directs a Small Business program for marginalized women of Kibera.
Gordana Savic

Regional Leader
Gordana's heart is in women’s ministry and her passion is to help and empower women through coaching and mentoring. As a coach in the Soar program, Gordana helps women discover their value, gifts, and talents to become aware of the impact they can have. She is also mentor in the Emerging Leader Initiative.

Sustainability Partner
Isabell is the founder and Managing Director of Anchor Leather & Crafts. She loves to see women employed through craft as their families’ lives change for the better. She is a Sustainability Partner for Tirzah.
Maria Madalena Gomes
SOUTH AFRICA
Regional Leader
Maria's ministry is in leadership development, cultivating the skills and talents of women and church leaders from the Portuguese speaking countries in Africa. She has her own project called the MoveMe Project. She is also a mentor in the Emerging Leader Initiative.
Janice Yu
MEXICO
Regional Leader
Janice is the co-founder of El Pozo de Vida, a ministry fighting human trafficking. She is also an associate pastor at a local church. Her passion is to bring healing to women and to raise the next generation of freedom fighters by teaching them about healthy and honorable leadership. She is a Tirzah Emerging Leader mentor.
Minah Vuyiswa Koela
SOUTH AFRICA
Regional Leader
Minah serves at UBukho Bakhe Church Beautiful Gate South Africa as the CEO. She is involved as a Tirzah Mentor for 3 young ladies from Namibia through Tirzah's Leadership Initiative. Part of the Tirzah material is helping the ladies discover their gifts and then encouraging them to use those gifts.
Racheal Nteeba
TANZANIA
Regional Leader
Racheal is a Tirzah mentor in the Emerging Leader Initiative and serves in a women’s ministry. She is a manager of a fertility clinic. She is a mentor with the Ugandan Cohort of Emerging Female Leaders.
Rebecca Yohannes

Regional Leader
She serves and worships at BEZA International Ministries and is a Program Policy Advisor at the World Food Program. It’s her greatest joy to serve her family and use her profession towards achieving her organization’s vision of zero hunger. She is also a mentor in Tirzah’s Emerging Leader initiative.

SUDAN & NORTH AFRICA
Regional Leader
Stella is from Sudan and she works with young ladies and women. Her work enabled the first women’s prison chapel service ever in her region. Her goal is to help women getting out of prison who need work and to help train, support, and rehabilitate women in all fields. She is also a mentor in the Emerging Leader Initiative.

Regional Leader
Suzy is the Director of a nonprofit based in Egypt. She works with girls and women to support their leadership development across the Middle East and North Africa. Her programs include the Women’s Academy for leadership development utilizing the Tirzah Emerging Leadership Initiative curriculum.
Victoria Sanjenbam

Sustainability Partner
Victo is the co-director of Khushbu, endeavoring to train local women to develop true artisanal skills, while offering them a fair wage and giving them a safe environment. Victo also runs a Tirzah microenterprise program for women in her area. She is also a Tirzah Sustainability Partner.
Violet Myambo
ZIMBABWE
Regional Leader
Violet is the project manager of an organization called Talitha Cumi, caring for orphaned and vulnerable girls battling child marriages and for girls rights even as they drop out of school to work. She also assists in health education and educational assistance. She is a Tirzah Emerging Leader mentor and oversess Tirzah’s small-business training program.

For 28 years, Zsuzsanna has served as leader of the women's ministry at Logos Christian Fellowship, the church where her husband is the pastor. Zsuza works as a counselor, teacher, and camp organizer at Hana’s Hope which helps families with disabilities. She is an Emerging Leader mentor.
