BECKY ROSALER
Creative Communications Director

Hello from sunny San Diego County! My professional background is in nonprofit fundraising, communications, and events with a bit of ministry and outdoor education in the mix. I have worked for faith-based international nonprofits focused on environmental restoration, restorative agriculture, poverty alleviation, and food security. These organizations allowed me to connect with local leaders around the world and included some unforgettable travel experiences! I enjoy investing in younger women and have done so through building up interns and mentoring students at church. My Bachelor’s degree is in Environmental Biology from Westmont College and this past December, I completed a Master’s in Resilient and Sustainable Communities. I appreciated learning about my city where I serve on the Climate Action Plan Working Group. I dabble in gardening, love adventuring both near and far from home, and enjoy anything that gets me outside!

DIANNE SIVULKA
Development Director

I am a connector of people and have a passion for travel, building community, and encouraging others toward compassion and generosity. I’m the founder of Travel on Purpose, a boutique travel company that specializes in immersive, responsible travel experiences that connect people to changemakers. I have spent more than a decade in international nonprofit development and have served in my local church as a leader of women. My experiences have opened the door to be a public speaker, writer, and event planner. Well before all these adventures, I taught English, wrote curriculum, and homeschooled my two boys from Kindergarten through Middle School. Our family has traveled to more than 50 countries where we integrated education and philanthropy and shared our experiences on an award-winning blog called OurEDventures. My husband Steve and I live in San Diego, California with our teenage sons and three golden retrievers.

JILL BRUBAKER
Sustainability Initiatives Manager

I am married to an awesome man who honors women and their unique insight and wisdom. We have two bright and socially compassionate daughters, plus a gentle, lazy chocolate Labrador. Our family spent years living abroad connecting global artists with sustainable development projects in their local areas. When we finally returned stateside, I shifted a bit to focus on education while also advocating for and investing in programs for marginalized and vulnerable people. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Mass Media and Interpersonal Communication, plus a Master’s degree in Theology with an emphasis in both Biblical Studies and Ethics. So, blending all this together has beautifully brought me into the Tirzah family and has also led me to be a practicing end of life consultant/death doula.

KAMILLA BEN
Compliance Manager

My involvement with Tirzah goes back more than a decade. I've seen the organization go through various changes; through it all Tirzah remains steadfast to God, its mission, and the women they serve. To see the focus remain true as they grow and to continue to hear the stories of lives changed is "why" I'm involved with Tirzah.

I worked in finance in the nonprofit sector for several years and then shifted to financial audit focusing on nonprofit organizations. From there, my career shifted to working with organizations from various industries in the area of Information/Cybersecurity.

SARAH GUIDONE
Operations Director

Over the past 15 years, I have served in diverse, multi-disciplinary collaborations in the nonprofit, academic, and public domains. I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago with a focus on program development, social science research, and policy writing. I love any opportunity to connect big-picture thinking with real-life implementation. I have worked to support social justice teams and advocate for policy and local government changes that impact people and social systems. My experiences include youth mentoring and development programs, government agencies, school systems, warehouse management, compliance, and juvenile justice. I love working directly with students and mentees to share any and all knowledge and lessons I’ve learned! I’m originally from the Chicago area but am now based in Colorado Springs and am enjoying the switch from city life to mountain living.
