Do you know what you are innately good at?

Lifelong Development starts with your strengths. Self-awareness is the first step in development and you cannot develop what you don't know you have. As your self-awareness grows, so do the opportunities around you. For as long as you work, grow relationships, strategize, complete goals (big or small), and influence those around you, you will have the chance to deepen your awareness of your strengths. You will thrive as you continue to grow in meaningful ways for the world.

This workshop is about learning your strengths and finding the next steps to greater self-awareness and success in the impact you are making in this world.
