How Can You Use Your Creative Expertise to Help Marginalized Women and Girls?
God has given each person their own unique combination of talents and passions. It is such a joy to see the creative ways God uses individuals to advocate for women and girls through Tirzah!
Caitlin uses her graphic design skills to create beautiful graphics for Tirzah's Facebook page and print communications.
Why does Caitlin volunteer her awesome graphic design skills?
"I volunteer with Tirzah because the women who drive this organization are so inspiring! I love seeing women all over the world plow through roadblocks, lead change, and model love in their communities. If my graphic design work can make their fight just a little bit easier or share their efforts with just a few more people, then my time has been well spent!"
Here are some samples of Caitlin's beautiful contributions:
David Frame, one of Tirzah's board members and a passionate advocate for women around the world, has volunteered his time to film, edit and produce several beautiful documentaries on Tirzah's work in Burundi and Kenya. View more at Tirzah's YouTube channel!
The music used in this video and several others was composed by Emmy award-winning composer, Ben Decter:
Winsome Zinkievich, an art student, was team photographer on a trip to Burundi and took beautiful portraits of the women in the program. She used these photos for an exhibit at her university to raise awareness. Winsome's portraits of the women in Tirzah's sewing program in Burundi were also used on the cover of Jane Crane's book, "Half a Piece of Cloth."
Kelly Sparks traveled with Tirzah to Burundi and was the team photographer. As a professional photographer, Kelly took lots of fantastic photos that we have since used on this website, on our Facebook page, and in our mailings.
